What makes an ELAD watch different?

Every ELAD watch carries scripture on the dial, designed to keep faith close throughout the day. We pair meaningful design with quality materials: a 316L stainless steel case and bracelet, mineral glass with sapphire coating, and a precise Japanese Miyota 2315 movement.

What does ELAD mean?

ELAD is Hebrew for ‘God is eternal’. The name reminds us that our time on earth is limited, and that what truly matters is eternity.

Are the watches water resistant?

Yes. ELAD watches are rated 5 ATM, which means they handle hand washing, rain and the occasional swim or shower. They are not suitable for diving, snorkeling or hot tubs.

How do I care for my watch?

Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to keep it looking new. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Store your watch in its box when it is not on your wrist.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Europe, with the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany as our home markets.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is €4,95. Shipping to other European countries is €9,95. Costs are shown at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3 to 7 business days for other European countries. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to make changes or cancel it. Email us at support@eladwatches.com as soon as possible with your order number.

What is your return policy?

You can return your watch within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. EU customers have an additional 14 day cooling-off period. See our refund policy for full details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you would like a different model, please return your original order and place a new one. Email support@eladwatches.com if you need help.

Is there a warranty on my watch?

Every ELAD watch is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water exposure beyond normal wear or general wear and tear.
