Overview

Welcome to ELAD. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ELAD. ELAD operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). ELAD is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe the rules that apply to your access and use of the Services and any purchase you make through the Services. By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing items, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Products and services

We do our best to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

Payment, shipping and returns

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Shipping costs and timelines are described on the product page and at checkout. For returns, please see our Refund policy.

Right of withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to support@eladwatches.com) before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form available on request, but it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

You shall send back the goods to: ELAD, Denariusstraat 21C, 4903RC Oosterhout, Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Liability and warranty

Within the limits permitted by Dutch and European Union consumer law, we are liable only for direct damage resulting from a confirmed defect in the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where ELAD is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws designate a different forum.
