Shipping policy
Shipping zones
We currently ship across the European Union from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping rates
- Netherlands and Belgium: €4,95
- Rest of European Union: €9,95
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery
- Netherlands and Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of European Union: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to courier circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders. The expected ship date is shown on the product page. Pre-order items are processed and shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment on the courier's website.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@eladwatches.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
Customs and import
For shipments within the EU, no additional customs charges apply. Should we expand outside the EU in the future, applicable duties and taxes will be communicated at checkout.
